Born in Casablanca in 1975, Björn Dahlström is an art historian and museologist (École du Louvre, Paris). Between 2000 and 2007, he is in charge of programming at the Museum of Modern Art in Luxembourg (Mudam, architect, Mr. Pei) with his director Marie-Claude Beaud. He is also represented at the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg and Victoria and the Albert Museum in London. Dahlström has worked as a professor at Konstfack and has taught at Beckmans School of Design. Björn Dahlström (b. 1957) is a Swedish furniture and industrial designer. Björn Dahlström is well-known internationally and has designed a wide variety of products – bicycles, carpets, cookware, furniture, toys – for renowned companies such as Cbi, Magis, Atlas Copco, Iittala and Marimekko.

His designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and are often characterized by soft, basic forms.
